Spoons Restaurant, a training centre for the hospitality industry that is operated by EGBOK, was designed using bamboo for a beautiful, natural environment. Students are educated and trained in various capacities of the hospitality industry and complete on-the-job training in the restaurant and kitchen.
Bamboo has been used in unique applications for lighting, garden structures, fencing, furniture, and building components.
Main building frames being raised into place as the structure begins to take shape.
